- The transaction was highly complex and involved careful negotiation of priority and subordination deeds between the lenders, as well as management of a wide range of stakeholders across all sides of the transaction including solicitors, accountants, valuers & lenders.
- The transaction was settled in April of 2023 and was funded by an institutional non bank property financier in combination with a private investment group.
